Store policies
We take pride in our customer service, satisfaction, and quick turnaround. We do our very best to accurately depict each item as it is. We prefer to take our photos with the items in the natural sunshine however there are times a basic ring light is used as well as general lighting around the shop.
We are happy to offer our pieces at great prices or "to sell" so that everyone can enjoy these beautiful creations of the earth. As a result, it is rare that we have "sales". Pricing is based on rarity, grading, and size. Shipping is free within the United States and we utilize the USPS first class package service or USPS priority option on every package. Turnaround time from purchase to shipping is typically 1-3 days unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times vary based on your proximity to the shop in NY. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
I encourage every crystal and mineral lover to research the metaphysical properties of each crystal or stone fully for the best uses and ways to integrate them into your daily life. These metaphysical properties/uses are a compliment to traditional medicine/therapy and never in place of. As always, please consult your physician for any medical advice.
